Paper Submission Guidelines
Papers for ACED 2026 must be 8 to 10 pages and use the Springer Proceedings formatting template. Please note:

At least one author must register and present an accepted paper for the paper to appear in the Conference Proceedings published by Springer

All deadlines are 23:59 GMT on the indicated date
Submit Your Paper
ACED 2026 uses a double-anonymous review process. All author-identifying details must be removed from the paper.

For Paper Type, select “Paper”. For Track, choose the category that best matches your submission.

Submit the paper as a PDF file for review (initial submission stage)
Poster Submission Guidelines
Posters for ACED 2026 must be A1-sized and use the Poster formatting template below.

At least one author must register and put up an accepted poster at the Conference

All deadlines are 23:59 GMT on the indicated date

For Declarations, tick the checkbox for anonymised submission and submit the poster as a PDF file for review.
Call for Workshop Proposals
ACED2026 invites practitioners and educators to submit workshop proposals. Choose between a 1-day or 2-day workshop, scheduled on 1 or 2 August 2026.

Minimum 8 participants; instructor-defined class size

Instructor honorarium: S$2,000 or S$1,500 with conference registration
-
Additional costs may be covered with strong sign-ups
